There is a riwayat in Mishkat kitabul manaqib hadith 6068 related from Sayyida Aisha radhiyallahu anha – all the sources i have said its mawdu. are there any scholars who said it is daif or hasan?

None that I know of, including al-Suyuti in his discussion of it in al-La’ali’ al-Masnu`a. It is agreed upon as forged by Abu al-Qasim Burayh b. Muhammad b. Burayh b. al-Bayyi` al-Baghdadi.
