My question is i am a digital marketer Recently a client came to me to promote his business online, he has a student consultancy he makes admission possible for students (boys & girls) in foreign countries Travelling of girl without mahram.
Answer:
As-Salamu ‘Alaikum,
Although there are different opinions from the scholars on travelling, it may be permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram. The reason why women were not allowed to travel without a mahram in the past was because of safety issues. If she can fulfil the conditions that allow her to travel safely, the prohibition is lifted.
