Question:
Recently my Nikah had happened with both family blessing. Its call (Verbal Nikah) still didn’t wedding happen, he will visit me when ever he get time. when he visit me we foreplay, after that he will return his home. Do we have to take shower? Do we doing haram?
Answer:
If the groom stated his proposal of marriage to the bride’s guardian or representative and the latter consented to the marriage in front of two male witnesses then they are husband and wife and may cohabit. If not, then it is haram for them to even sit in private with one another. As for ghusl (ritual shower), it is obligatory if there is penetration or ejaculation.
