I live in area where people going into seclusion for the reason of capturing jinn for use in their daily lives. They capture mainly non-Muslim jinn and are very arrogant. They say it is ok in Islam because Sulieman (AS) did so. My question is this permissible? How should I react with these types of people?

They are the ones getting captured. Stay away from them and seek refuge in Allah Most High. Keep company with the righteous and pursue your own religious obligations you will be in a good way.
