Is it halal to viewing pornography and the phenomenon called “sex cartoon”- this is not the same as pornography, but like cartoon. I will hope, you will answer it. It is very important for me. Because I am a new Muslim.
Answer:
Such viewing is haram as it fosters what the Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) called the zina (fornication) of the eyes and the heart. Yet one of the prominent scholars of Damascus said in his published fatwas that it was permissible only as a marital aid to married couples. Allah knows best.
