Such a following is fraught with conjecture and uncertainty, which is why all the authorities of Ahl al-Sunna wal-Jama`a agree on the fact that the truth is found with certainty within the confines of the Four Schools, not outside of them. It is, at best, a case by case issue which still needs to go through the filter of the mass-transmitted Sunni schools and their methodology.
