Fasting

Question: Assalaamoe Aleikoem Esteemed Member of Eshayk I would like to know if there is something I can recite to help me with fasting as I experience terrible migraines during fasting. When fasting I ussually have 2 pain killer tablets at Suhur time every morning which sometimes helps, many a times though I end up with severe migraines and am unable to eat at time of breaking fast (night) due to vomiting and nauseasness. With Ramadan approaching I am already fearing this. I am a 33 year old female and still haven’t made up for lost fast of last year Ramadan as I am constantly ill. Is there perhaps a natural remedy or thikr for this. Shukran Answer: wa `alaykum salam, You may stay awake until Fajr then  sleep all day and wake up `Asr time. Or you may pay or send suhur and iftar food to a poor Muslim person that is fasting. Hajjah Naziha Adil
