My Grand father’s name was [private] Siddiqui but he did not use his full name in his life time, he only used [private]. My father also did not use the siddiqui name, [private].
My name is [private], I want to change my name and add SIDDIQUI as the family tree from the fore fathers. Is it advisable to do this?

Yes, this is highly advised as then you get the blessing of Sayyidina Abu Bakr as-Siddiq (r) to whom you are evidently related, insha Allah.
