Question:
Asslamoalikum Shaykh,
My mother went to Makkah last month on umra visa since she was obliged to wear ihram before meeqat but since my father is resident in Makkah so he asked her not to wear ihram and she did umra the next day she arrived in Makkah.
My question is does she has to give dum (sacrifice for goat) for not wearing ihram before meeqat?

She follows after her husband in status so she is also considered resident and Allah knows best.
