1) I am planning Insha Allah to go for Umrah with my parents in the Milad month. I would like your permission and prayers for me to be able to go. I am taking an indirect flight from UK to Jeddah. However, it goes to Riyadh first. If I wear my ihram in Riyadh, would it be OK or will I be violating the miqat restrictions?
2) In the UK at some places, before doing tasmiyah, the poultry is stunned before slaughter, using a technique called ‘stun-to-stun’ – a pain free process that makes the animal insensible to pain and suffering. Does this still make the meat halal?
