As Salaam Alaykum!
One brother in Cyprus told me that after Ghusl it is mandatory to do Wudu, because in Ghusl the private parts are touched, that would finish the State of Ablution. Is it so? Please I humbly ask you Shuyukh about this matter.
May Allah swt. reward you for your efforts and bless Sayyid Shaykh Hisham and you all!
Wa Salaam
Answer:
wa `alaykum salam,
If one performs ghusl with intention to remove impurity and to make himself ritually clean in order to perform Namaz etc. his ghusl is sufficient. But if one takes a shower or bath without the intention to be ritually clean, then wudu’ is necessary before praying.
