Dream: Awakening

Dream:

Es-Selamu Aleykum,
While I was sleeping I saw my self praying. I awakened, opened my eyes, continued praying that usual salat. After finishing it, gave salam, I realized that I was awakened and understood that half of that prayer was in dream and the other half while I was awake.

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
This dream can mean that your other half is not fulfilled yet, it is still a dream. Get married, then your other half will be real, insha’Allah.

And Allah knows best.

Dream: Maulana Sheikh Nazim Adil Al Haqqani Al Qubrusi

Dream:

Assalaam all, I had a dream last night in which Maulana was sitting on a chair on my terrace along with a woman who was wearing a black chador (burka). It was as if he was delivering a sohbat . I was inside house where there were many other people. Suddenly I rushed to the terrace and said something and Maulana stood up and smiled jokingly. I became embarrassed, the lady then wrote alhamdullilah on a paper for me and I rushed inside. This is all I remember.

Interpretation:

Walaikum Assalam,
Mawlana is teaching you, do not rush to judgement.

Dream: A Masjid in his home

Dream:

Assalam Aleykoum,

I have been reading the dua for Istikhara for the last few days and last night I had a dream. I am at his parent’s house, I want to pray and go upstairs to make wudu. As I am walking inside the house, I see that his house is decorated almost like a masjid. The curtains are green and it says Allah on them (printed). The carpet is also like the ones in masjid, and there are many Qur’ans placed at different locations of the room. I also see in the next room, there are some people doing Zikhr. Everything in the house was green.
I look forward to your interpretation InshaAllah.

Assalamun Aleykoum wa Rahmetullahi berakatouh.

Interpretation:

Walaikum Assalam,
Your istikhara is positive. Go ahead with your plans. Allah knows best.

Dream: Sheikh Hisham

Dream:

AssalamuAlaikum,

I’m not a murid of Sheikh Nazim but someone Sheikh Nazim might know very dearly, the other student of Grandsheikh Sharafeddin in Bursa, his name is Sultan Baba.

In the dream, Sheikh Kabbani wasn’t present physically, but he was like a blanket over me, and he asked me about tahajjud, and I purposefully told him that the time has passed, and Sheikh Kabbani said, “Then I don’t love you,” then I told him, “Oh Sheikh, dont say such things,” and I told him the right timing for tahajjud and then Sheikh said, “Ok I love you.”

I don’t know the meaning of the dream, nor do I know why I saw Sheikh Kabbani in my dream since I have a different awrad, and I’m not a direct murid of Sheikh Nazim. Can you clarify please?

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
All Naqshbandis are spiritually familiar to each other.

Dream: Crying to Imam Mahdi & Prophet (S)

Dream:

Assalamualaikum, I am currently engaged and about to be married soon. I had a dream where the room was very dark and my mother-in-law was about to put a ring on my finger and I was going to get married. I quickly got up and screamed “no” that I did not want to get married to him. In reality I am not that happy with the engagement. Then Imam Mahdi (as) came and I was crying to him. He would not say anything so I told him to call the Prophet (S). The Prophet (S) came and I cried to him as well and I was in intense pain. He listened to me crying and the he told me to tell them the truth. Right after I had a feeling that ‘them’ meant my parents. What does this mean and what should I do? Thank You!

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
Follow the instructions the Prophet (s) gave you.

Dream: Beard

Dream:

As-Salamu `Alaykum

I had a dream where I had my parrot sitting on my shoulder. He began to pluck out my beard with his beak and I did not do anything to stop him. Then looked in the mirror and saw myself with a clean shaven face, and began to feel ashamed. I didnt want to go and see anyone as I felt too ashamed to show them my face.

Please could you tell me what this means as I do not remember my dreams but this one I was able to remember.

JazakAllah Khair

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem:

wa `alaykum salam,
No beard in the dream shows a deficiency which you may be aware of. Don’t let your light of faith be plucked away. Recite daily 100 x “HasbunAllahu wa ni`ama ‘l-Wakeel” for support. And Allah knows best.

Secret Nikah

Question:

Salam `Alaykum,

What is the ruling on secret marriages in Islam? If the marriage ceremony has been witnessed, but kept secret and only the witnesses know. Is this practice acceptable to protect the other wives in the case of polygamy? If the couple agreed to keep their marriage secret, it it lawful to do so indefinitely?

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

For a valid nikah these conditions are to be met:

a) Witnesses
b) Offering and acceptance
c) Mahr
d) Consent of the guardian of the woman

The Messenger of Allah (s) said, “There is no marriage without a guardian and two reliable witnesses.”

Hanafi madhhab allows nikah in secret but it is makrooh. In Shafii madhhab it is not allowed without the first wife’s permission. The wife who does not want her husband to marry again can make it a condition.

Mother doesn’t love us!

Question:

Salamu alaykum ya shaykh,
We are 5 sisters and 3 of us divorced. My mother never give us love from when we are small and now we don’t feel love also. She doesn’t love our kids also because she never loved her daughters. How we can make her love us? In Jahiliyah time they killed daughters or buried them alive. Rasululah said a woman who raise 2 or 3 daughters get Jannah. Our mother really don’t love us. We always cry. Now its too late to get the love of the mother. She also curse us too much when we are young we remember. Is there a special dua to make so she can love us? Because paradise is under her feet and difficult to make our mother happy.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,
Do as much nawafil (voluntary) worship as you can as well as dhikr and salawat and in every dua gift it all to your mother.
