Dream: recitation of the quran

Dream:

assalamu alaikum

i got a marriage proposal and i decided to do istikharah. after d istikharah, i dreamt on 2 different occasions about my fiance reciting the holy qur’an in a beautiful way to me but i couldnt remember the verses he read to me. please what does it mean?

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Since you couldn’t remember the verses, hearing your fiance recite Quran in a beautiful way in general is a clear sign like the sun, that this marriage will be blessed by Allah swt insha-Allah.

Hasbun Allah…and menses?

Question:

Dear Hajjah Naziha, Assalamu alaykum,

May I first of all apologise for still not being clear about this matter? I am sorry, but I need to know:

during my period is it ok to do zikr of
1. Hasbun Allah Rabbun Allah and
2. Hasbun Allah wa naim Al Wakeel and of
3. The Asma Al Husna and
4. Salawat?

May Allah forgive us all and grant us ease in this world and in the next. Aameen. Salams and heartfelt thanks.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

You may do all of them, insha-Allah. “You may recite the Quran from memory but you may not touch the Holy Quran and read from it” as Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani said in the Post “Recitation of Quran, dhikr, salawat in menses” and additionally:

“If you want to recite Quran however, you are permitted… You can even do salat `ala an-Nabi (praise of the Prophet) without wudu. ..there is rukhsa, you can make dhikr and laa ilaaha ill ‘Llah if you don’t have wudu.”

Dream: Going To Heaven

Dream:

I walked towards large glass doors, a few people stood to the side watching, everything was white. Doors opened, I went threw. It was like it went from a dream to a real experience, I could no longer see myself in a physical form, I could see bright white light everywhere, I was traveling up at such a fast speed. It felt like I was being carried at the same time pulled upwards as I was traveling. I got to the top, heard a strong voice say “you are in heaven now”. I was released and floated up a little like a feather, then fell back down the same way I traveld up. I suddenly woke up with tears in my eyes, smile on my face and great feeling of happiness and peace (that part was real!).
This happened around 4am in Aug I think about 5yrs ago.
Jazakallah!

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Saints are taking you on a mi`raj, ascension, to Paradise, and that is a gift from them to you, not as a result of your effort.  As Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani says,  once you enter Paradise, Insha-Allah you cannot be sent to Hell, and Allah knows best. Try to maintain that state of spiritual purity by keeping your Islamic obligations and a basic spiritual practice from an authorized shaykh of spirituality (Sufism).

Thank you sayidi thank you for everything.

Response:

Mocked by Salafis

Question:

Assalamu Alaykum
Just wanted to get it off my chest, I was mocked by Salafis the other day for wearing a sufi hat and for being a sufi with my long hair and long beard. Im ashamed that i couldnt even say anything back and walked away.

Answer:

Insha-Allah you were granted to fall under Allah’s Address:

{And the servants of ((Allah)) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, “Peace!“;} (Surat al-Furqan, 25:63)

Dream: Names of Prophet “Mahmoud” and “Mohammad”

Dream:

Salaykoum warahmatullah wabarakatuhu Qubt-az Zaman Cheikh Mohammad Nazim ( Q S) . Salam alaykoum warahmatullah wabarakatuhu Ya Sayyedi Al Qutb Al Mutassarif Cheikh Hisham and all professors on this website .

My Mother dreamt:

“During all night, the names of Prophet ” Mahmoud sallalahu alayhi wasalam” and “Mohammad sallalahu alayhi wasalam” came in my sleep until the morning and after i waked and i continued to read these name during the day.”

May Allah give His support to Eshaykh Staff and our Masters.
Wasalam.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakutuh,

This dream indicates that angels have been assigned to recite these two names with salawat on the Prophet (s) in every moment, up to Judgment Day, as Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Hisham Kabbani explained in a recent suhbat (06/16/2011) in Indonesia, and the blessings of their recitations have been gifted to your mother, for her dedication and love of our Beloved Prophet (s), and Allah knows best.

Dream: Khalwa in Lefke

Dream:

As-salamu ‘alaykum dear Shaykhs,

In my dream I was in the Lefke dergah sitting in front of a smiling Mawlana Shaykh Nazim. Then Mawlana Shaykh Nazim took my hand. He released it and then I took his hand again.

After talking a little with the Shaykh I was trying to figure out where to lodge in Lefke (I have never been there).

Then the Shaykh asked me if I wanted to be put in khalwa. I said yes and the khalwa began. Then I woke up.

Please pray for my istiqama on the right way.

Interpretation:

wa ‘alaykum salam,

Alhamdulillah, Mawlana Shaykh Hisham has explained that oftentimes in dreams we are granted spiritually what would be too hard for us to accomplish in the Last Days, this Era of Second Ignorance. It means you have been granted to do khalwa through the spirituality of the dream instead of the intense hardship of physicality and you were gifted that as if you have done it and you will receive the blessings and rewards as if so.

To preserve what you have received, keep istiqamah, as you said, by holding fast to your salat and the awrad assigned by your Shaykh, insha-Allah.

Dream: Airplane in the sea

Dream:

Salam wa aleykum,

I recently saw a dream where my sister and I were in the deep dark sea and we were moving upwards nearer to the surface of the water towards an airplane that was submerged in the sea. As we reached the door of the airplane I looked up to the surface of the sea and saw that it was still high up far from us but I could see the light blue color of the sky. When we reached the open door of the plane there was a line of people getting in and when I reached the door the hostess handed me a mouthpiece for oxygen to breath from, I took a breath and handed it to my sister behind me. We then boarded the airplane.

JazakAllah wa Khairan

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Being gifted from oceans of gnosis by awliyaullah and then taking a flight to safety in the “airplane” of the Shaykh. Oxygen represents secrets from the Divine Name which names the Essence, adh-Dhat al-Buht, Allah’s Absolute Unknown Identity. That name is Huwa.

To preserve this blessed gift, be constant on prayers and awrad you have been asked to practice.

and Allah knows best,

Taher Siddiqui
