Question:
I am mureed. I have an 7-year autistic son.my family want us to have another child,I am so worried about that child,will it be healthy?so not ready for another child.please guide us in this matter and please pray for my first son to cure completely& to talk.
Answer:
You cannot get what was not written for you nor prevent what was written for you to get. Once a mureed came to visit Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani with his autistic brother, who was wheelchair bound. When he came in the door Shaykh Hisham stood up, went and kissed him on the forehead. Then he explained to us that such children are a cause for Allah’s Mercy to descend on their families and on those around them. This young man was a teenager but could not speak. Mawlana Shaykh Hisham said if he could speak, the secrets he would reveal from what he was seeing of Divine Realities would make people cut his neck (ie. he had reached a very high spiritual station). He said for that reason, he was prevented from speaking.
Pay a sadaqa before relations with your wife, be on wudu and recite the Basmalah, inshaAllah your next one will be protected.

A saint (who I regard highly) who regularly visits me in dreams was wearing white clothes and my perception is that the clothes are dirty. He is surrounded by a crowd of mureeds as he preaching.please explain.

That is one of the Companions of the Prophet (s), whom Grandshaykh Sultan al-Awliya Abdullah al-Faiz ad-Daghestani described, as transmitted by Mawlana Shaykh Hisham Kabbani:
If you saw them their clothes were grey due to their poverty, but when you hug them their bodies smell of musk.

I went to sleep in the 1 mourning of Ramadan I had a dream that I was staying in shaykh Hamza Yusuf’s house and I didn’t speak to him then I game salaam and then i was crying and telling that listen to his talks and I went with him to a class he was teach.

I was in a house, a dog was running, I slept on a couch and wake up. Sheikh Muhammad al- Yaqoubi is standing in the doorway, crying on my behalf, to attain a gathering of people. But some people won’t allow me. He tries to help me, and cries on my behalf.
