Saying congrats to nasranies

Question:

Assalamualaikum,

I’m working in a company where tolerance between religion (Muslim and Nasranis) are highly kept between the staff. In Lebaran day, Nasranis congratulate us (the Muslim). Is it ok if we, Muslims, also congratulate them, the nasrani, during Christmas day in order to keep the tolerance between two religions (not for the reason I confess their version of the reborn of Isa (as)?

May Allah give healthy and strong to Mawlanas.

Wassalamualaikum.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

You can find the answers here and here.

Dream: Istekhara dream interpretation

Question:

Assalam-O-Alaikum,

I have recently been doing istekhara for marriage and on the 3rd day I saw myself sitting across from the girl in a well lit room. It was just white all around us (as if suspended) but we were clearly sitting on something. I had an old bowl in my hand and I was letting her drink from it. This was all in third person (I could see both myself and the girl from a little bit far). For some reason I questioned what was in the bowl and the answer was milk. I don’t remember distinctly if I saw it or not, but the answer came somehow. Then I woke up!

I slept again and saw another dream where there was a blank piece of white paper floating in air.

Answer:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

Wa `alaykumu s-salāmu wa rahmatu l-lāhi wa barakātuh,

The istikhara is positive and it shows that this marriage will be blessed as the milk in your dream represents purity and iman.

And Allah knows best.

Advice on a best course of action and prayers

Question:

My husband and I got married when he was studying at a prestigious private law school but stayed unemployed a year later. With a sick father, a failing family law practice, and no prospects of finding employment here; I insisted he go home, tend to his family problems and failing law practice. Upon his arrival he was received by extreme hostility by family and employees at his firm. The practice failed shortly there-after. I have been living with my father for 5 years with inconsistent financial support from my husband, we have not seen each other in 5 years, we do speak over the phone. Thinking I’d eventually love my husband as time passed but with him making no serious efforts to settle down, what should I do? He is aware of his Islamic duties upon me. May Mawlana Shaykh Nazim(QS), Mawlana Shaykh Hisham (QS), Mawlana Shaykh Mehmet (QS), Mawlana Shaykh Bhauddin (QS), Mawlana Shaykh Adnan (QS), Hajjah Naziha(QS) and Hajjah Amina (QS) accept us as ashes under their Holy Steps. Ameen

Answer:

You have the right to divorce him on grounds of absence so he has in effect put the decision into your hands. Consult Allah through istikhara and ask Him to provide you with the best here and hereafter. Recite Salawat daily to the intention of a better marital life.

Sohbat

Question:

Assalamu alaykum respected Shaykh and eshaykh staff,

Is there any benefit to watch a video of a sohbat from Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and Mawlana Shaykh Hisham versus reading a transcript thereof?

Shukran. Was salaam

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

There is benefit in both but watching and hearing directly is exponentially better.

Dream: Ya sayed

Dream:

Aslaam alaykum,

I had a dream where I remember it felt like the end of times and some how shatan said he is after everyone and will take everyone on his side. I remember there was only a small group of people trying to run away from him on rooftops I was with them. I then remember him saying he will appear and take people. At this time I was home and saying to my family get ready this is it its the end, whilst I stood in the doorway waiting for a flood. I remember telling my mum to recite Ya Sayed Ya Sahib Ya Siddiqe Ya Rasool Ya Allah and seeing a massive flood come. A lot more happened that I cannot remember.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

That is a dream showing you the current state of the world and what is about to transpire. As you know the Anti-Christ is preparing for this time, in which only a handful of believers will remain, and alhamdulillah, from the dream, you and your family will be among them,
insha-Allah. Keep reciting as you did in the dream and keep the family close.

Dream: Brown forehead

Dream:

Asalamu Aleikum,

In my dream I felt something similar to spiritual opening.. felt like someone was walking on my bed then felt wind splashes (like someone was flying really fast here and there) bits of bee sound.. being under sky seeing.. whole sky being covered with white clouds except for one circle.. reading Allah Allah in my mind (transforming of bee sound to zikr sound/for few sec). On the end (still inside my dream) when my mom came to wake me up and put her hand on my forehead she noticed that I had fever. I noticed that my forehead was bit bigger than normal and also of brown color (in real I’ve a fair skin tone)…
JazakAllahu Khairan.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

Allahumma Salli ala Sayyidina Muhammadin wa ala ali.

Wa alaikum Salaam wa Rahmatullah,

The first part of the dream with clouds are angels dressing you in zikr. The fever is  purification and your forehead indicates the importance of sajdah and meditation for you.

Wallahu ‘Alam,

Jazak Allahu khair

Question:

Asalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh dear shayks,

May Allah (swt) bless you in this life and in the hereafter for responding to my question. The answer was right on time, and your advice made me feel more encouraged about my situation, alhamdulilah. Insha’Allah, please make du’a that Allah (swt) makes it easy for me to follow the advice. Sometimes memories of past abuse flash in my mind and this makes it hard to forgive, so I would like these memories to stop, insha’Allah.

Wa’salaam.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham is praying for you. Connect with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and with the Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) with daily Salawat.

Dream: Sheikh Nazim’s hand on shoulder

Dream:

I dreamt I was in a old house, however it was built with grey stones. It was semi-dark and there was something walking through the doorway into the room I was in. It was Sheikh Nazim and he was dressed in white and came straight up to me, stared at me intensely and put his right hand on my right shoulder.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

This dream can mean that a man who follows Shaykh Nazim’s teaching will ask to be your friend.

And Allah (swt) knows best.
