Question:

Aslaam walkium may Allah give Mawlana Sheikh Nazim, Mawlana Sheikh Hisham Kabbani and eshaykh team long life.

Mash Allah Sadaat (Saayids) regularly stay my house. When they stay langaar (food) is non-stop and our house is full of noor.  It’s sad when they go. I want to know the benefit and outcomes of kissing a Sayyid’s hand and giving them food and shelter.

Dream: Flower and Bee

Dream:

There was a field and in the field there was one flower, a yellow one, and then a bee was flying around it then it went to collect the pollen. After a while the petals of the flower closed on it and the bee was stuck inside the flower.

Interpretation:

Audhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim
Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm:

This dream can mean that a good looking lady (yellow flower) is trying to seduce you (the bee). You will be able to see through it because of the dream. And Allah knows best.

Benefit of Surah Ikhlas?

Question:

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM,
Ya sheikh I have 2 questions:
(1) I want to know benefit of reading Surah Ikhlas.
My question is that what benefit I shall get if I read Surah Ikhlas 1000 TIMES daily and send reward of it to PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) all PROPHETS AND ummah?
(2) I am reading Surah Ikhlas 1000 times daily but I am addicted to a big sin. I fail to stop it. I already mentioned it here in my posts. There come waswasas in my mind while zikr and I fail to do it with full concentration. Please give me any doa to hate all sins. Please advise me should I continue reading Surah Ikhlas 1000 times daily and send continue sending reward to ummah even if I am addicted to a big sin.

Dream: Prophet Muhammed asking to marry me

Dream:

It was a while back. I dreamt I am in a very old looking house (like it had no luxuries at all), it was just a simple house. I see Prophet Muhammed sitting on a raised platform. I do not see his face. What I see is only his feet and gown. I do not remember his feet and sandals (I’m sure he’s wearing sandals as I see but I don’t remember them. I do remember the gown was off white to cream color). So he just asks me clearly ‘Marry me’.

In reality I am happily married. At that time I had a daughter, too. I have been thinking about this dream ever since.

This dream can mean that you need to make more salawat or darud shareef and be more devoted to your spiritual practices.

Prayer Request: Big Mistake Uni

Request:

Salaam Shaykh, I hope you are well.

I am currently studying at university and have made a tremendous mistake. My university life may be at risk. I am so worried and suffering from anxiety. I will not be able to see the tears in my fathers eyes or my mothers if I failed. I have realized my mistake too late but I would like to repent. I pray 2 rakats nafl everyday for Allah to forgive me and protect me. I promise I won’t do it again. I need a big dua, please, I can’t take it.

Number of Salawat

Question:

Asalaamu alaikum,

Sheikh Hisham said that some people are doing 24,000 salawat a day. If you read Salawat Al Fatih once it’s equivalent to reading salawat 600,000 times. If I read this instead of reading salawaat thousands of times will the Salawat Al Fatih be accepted because it weighs more? So if I read it ten times a day it will equal 6 million?

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,

Do it but not ‘instead’, rather, ‘with.’
When Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) said three Ikhlas is like reading all Qur’an does that mean one can now stop reading Qur’an and only recite Ikhlas?

Dream: Running

Dream:

Assalamualaikum,

I had a dream yesterday night in which I saw myself running. There were two other boys with me, and I was running so as not to let them surpass me. I stopped at times, and they stopped also.. What could that mean?

This dream can mean that you worry about losing something important. Be thankful to Allah (swt) and He will increase your halal desires as He said “la-in shakartum la-azeedanakum (When you thank Me I will give you more)…”

Lost Love

Question:

Salam,

I loved a girl for 4 years. Her parents knew about our relationship and did not mind. Suddenly in April she got a proposal. Her parents forced her to accept because the guy is wealthier. Now her mind has changed and she ignores me. She doesn’t want me. I want to get her back because I really love her. Soon she will get married.

I’m 2_. What can I do? Please help me. Make du’a everything will be OK.

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,

If she forgot you you because of a wealthier proposal then she is looking for dunya and will not make you happy. Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) recommended to look for a spouse with good religion. Say in every du’a: recite: Rabbana atina fil-dunya hasanatan wa fil-akhirati hasanatan wa-qina `adhab al-nar. Allah is Most Generous and He will send someone blessed your way in sha Allah.

Dream: My son’s repetitive dreams

Dream:

Assalamu Alaykum,

My 1_ year-old son had repetitive dreams (+-5) between November and March.

The dreams concerned me meeting someone (nameless/faceless person initially), eventually marrying him and having a child/children. With each dream, more information about the situation was revealed until eventually the person’s name/face was seen. The person did things with my son that he loved, treated my son like his own and in the dream my son told me “I’m so glad you married him”.

He recently had 3 dreams about the same man again, similar theme as above.

The person is someone who my son has never met but who I’m in love with. He is from a different race/religion/background and would be almost miraculous if we got together even though we love each other deeply. I’m not sure what to make of these dreams as I’m scared to be hopeful in this situation.

Prayer Request: Family fights

Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wabarakatuhu,

My husband, our baby and I live with his parents and brother as a joined family. Unfortunately, all of us are a little short-tempered so sometimes smaller issues erupt into big fights, with insults, and threats. Sometimes things get thrown or broken, sometimes someone physically hurts themselves.Even sometimes the baby is in the middle of it. Please make du’a that Allah swt will bring peace and mutual respect to our family, that He help us all remember Him, and thank Him, and keep best manners with each other.

Mawlana Shaykh Hisham is praying for you. Let your husband try and provide you and your family your own space. That is an obligation on him. Recite “Ya Fattah ya Razzaq” daily x100 and also “Ya Haleem” for anger issue.
