`Alaykum as-Salam,
This is a du`a the Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) taught Abu Umama al-Ansari, one of those in the very first group who made bay`a, and he said that after that his debt was lifted and his worries went away:
قُلْ إذَا أصْبَحْتَ وَإذَا أمْسَيْتَ اللَّهُمَّ إِني أعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الهَمّ والحُزن، وأعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ العَجْزِ والكَسَلِ، وأعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الجُبْنِ والبُخلِ، وأعوذُ بِكَ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ الدَّيْنِ وَقَهْرِ الرّجالِ
Say when you wake up in the morning and before sleep at night:
Allahumma inni a`udhu bika min al-hammi wal-huzn, wa-a`udhu bika min al-`ajzi wal-kasal, wa-a`udhu bika min al-jubni wal-bukhl, wa-a`udhu bika min ghalabat al-dayni wa-qahr al-rijal. (Sunan Abi Dawud)
