Recite after every salat, or in julus, just prior to salam:
رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ
rabbana atina fi ‘d-dunya hasanatan wa fi ‘l-akhirati hasanatan wa qina `adhab an-nar
“Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!” (al-Baqara, 2:201)
and:
رَبَّنَا هَبْ لَنَا مِنْ أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ وَاجْعَلْنَا لِلْمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا
rabbana hab lana min azwajina wa dhurriyatina qurrata `ayunin w ‘aja`alna li ‘l-muttaqina imama
“Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous.” (al-Furqan, 25:74)
