Salam,
My name is [private] and born on [private] in [private]. Currently, I am in Dubai and doing a lower level job from the last 3 years. I have been trying to find a managerial job since I came to Dubai but in vain. Previous I worked with one of the biggest multinational company on a senior level position Senior Manager. I left from my previous company due to politics. I pray five times a day and sometimes tahajjud as well. I don’t now why I am not getting responses against my CV’s that I applied for jobs. I am in a construction company and based on a project site. Now the project is ending and desperately looking for a better/new job. Please advise me.

Wa alaikum salaam,
Increase in istighfar and salawat on Prophet (saws) purifying any attachment to dunya, and other harmful characteristics from the heart with his (saws) intercession and that of the awliya. Do this tafakkur/meditation with the intention of witnessing ilham/ inspiration in your heart how to improve your situation with Allah’s help and guidance. Be patient and constant in this until an opening comes. Look to those who are materially worse than you and spiritually more advanced than you.
