Assalam alaykum all respected and beloved eShaykh staff.
I recently joined a construction company as a trainee quantity surveyor. The problem is that there is a lot of cheating in the construction industry. There is also a lot of lies. I cannot write everything here as it will be too long. I need someone with a spiritual eye to know exactly what I’m in and to advise me if I should leave the work or not. It is my first work and I want to get married and settle down, but I need to know if I can continue to work there.
Please help me O Mashaykh. Jazaakumullah.

Alaykum Salam,
Allah Most High is granting you a halal sustenance through your honest work so accept it and do your best in it without taking part in the sins you witness around you. Even if the people are corrupt your income is still pure, just do not cheat and do not lie nor approve of it. If impossible then start looking for a better position but continue in it until you find another one. Every week attend the dhikr to strengthen your faith.
