Answer:
`Alaykum as-Salam,
Dhul-Fiqar is the name of the Prophet’s (upon him blessings and peace)
sword which he got at Badr and then gave to Sayyidina `Ali (may Allah be well pleased with him and brighten his face).
Thus your name brings together the two beloved in-laws of the Prophet
and Khulafa’ Rashidin.
You may make the following du`a:
رَّبِّ أَدْخِلْنِي مُدْخَلَ صِدْقٍ وَأَخْرِجْنِي مُخْرَجَ صِدْقٍ وَاجْعَل لِّي مِن لَّدُنكَ سُلْطَانًا نَّصِيرًا
Rabbi ‘dkhilnee madkhala sidqin w ‘akhrajnee makhraja sidqin waj`al lee min ladunka sultanan mubeena.
