We have a serious problem where black magic was done on the family and it is affecting everyone in very bad ways, creating problems and we are unable to succeed in anything. Please help!

Follow the this general prescription of Grandshaykh `Abdullah al-Fa’iz ad-Daghestani (q) for removal of black magic (sihr):
1) Every morning and evening the family should read altogether:
Du`a Ayatul -Kursi.
2) After reciting that call on the Sultan of Jinn, whose name is al-Hazzaz, to help untie the black magic that has been done on your family by Allah’s Will:
Ya Sultan al-Jinn Sayyidina Hazzaz, adrikna.
3) Then recite BOTH Salawat al-Fatih & Salawat Badawi Kubra.

4) Then call on Prophet (s), Grandshaykh `Abdullah, Sultan al-Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Nazim Haqqani, and the Sultan of the Jinn, al-Hazzaz, to take all your difficulties away, by Allah’s Leave:
Ya Rasoolullah, Ya Sultan al-Awliya Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Ya Sayyidina ash-Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani, Ya Sultan al-Jinn Sayyidina Hazzaz, adrikna.
Insha-Allah with this recitation for 40 days the problem will be removed. If not repeat again for 40 days until the problem is eliminated.
