Assalam O Alaikum!
It is to inform you that I recently took baya oniline. I was mureed in another silsilah before. After initiation I came across a post on this site where you advised someone that if you’re already a mureed of someone then you should take permission from your murshid first. Now my question is that I didn’t take permission from my murshid and took bayah online..is the bayah valid or accepted by Sheikh Nazim Al Haqqani? I don’t want to take permission, it’s my life and I have the right to take decision on my own. If I had been spiritually satisfied with my murshid then whyb would I be taking bayah with Sheeikh Nazim Al Haqqani? I am not been satisfied so why do I need permission from such murshid? If my baya is being accepted by MSNnow what should I do?

Rather, before you discard your current murshid, you should ask “O my Shaykh! Are you satisfied with me?” Your adab with your murshid is the key to your progress, regardless of who he is. So if you so easily discard your first, what’s to stop you from discarding the 2nd and the 3rd, when you find their orders or requests onerous on your nafs? You are not in the “Shaykh Market” like the “Vegetable Market”.
