Question:
Salam alaykum,
Quoting Shaykh Nuh Keller: “The General Litany is the main dhikr of the tariqa and the sign of one’s connection with it. In it lie many blessings, particularly […] if it is complemented by being mindful of Allah during the day […]. Among the wird’s many blessings is that whoever takes it from a true sheikh is protected from the calamities that descend upon those around them, is guarded from harmful jinn, finds unlooked-for blessings from Allah in their life, and help from Him in their religion. It holds the secret of the tariqa.”
If this is the case, why is it that afflictions are coming on us one after another, jinn do affect us continuously, we hardly have financial means – while we fulfill the awrad and practices of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim as scrupulously as we can? For Allah’s sake, please tell us where the problem lays.

The Prophet (upon him blessings and peace) said: “Do not commit enmity in du`a.” They said what is enmity in du`a? He said: “When someone says ‘We pray and pray yet Allah does not answer,’ that is enmity in du`a.”
As for ourselves and the murids of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim whom we have been honored to meet over the past 20+ years we bear witness that those who truly and sincerely follow Mawlana Shaykh Nazim’s Way see only goodness in their lives.
