A shaykh in Canada of the Naqshbandi Haqqani Tariqa said that this Tariqa is for non Arabs and that there is no shaykhhood over the Arabs from our Tariqa, is this accurate and if so can there be explanation of what it means?

The Naqshbandi Tariqa conveys the Prophetic Risala which covers not only all humankind but all jinnkind as well, let alone this or that national group, and it is an established principle that “there is always shaykhhood and muridship until Qiyama“, including for the Arabs or rather first and foremost.
