Bismillah Ir-Rehman Ir-Raheem,
My question is a simple and a short one. I just want to ask that is there any age criteria for becoming a mureed? My parents keep saying to me that I am still very young so I should walk into sufism. I am only 13 year old. Moreover, can I except to gain a spiritual level in teenage periods of my life.
