Awhile ago, under the instruction of a spiritual master in India I was guided to continually recite Surah Jinn and use breathing exercises to raise my qudra. I saw, after long periods of practice, literally three white lights move from my genitals, lower stomach and belly button to my heart throat and forehead. Then it was as if a being began to materialize from a dark cloud in front of me. It was very powerful and slightly straining, alhamdulillah. I then lay down and then arose ten hours later, although it felt as the next instant. SubhanaAllah. I haven’t told anybody about this. AstagfirUllah.

Il y a quelque temps, sous l’instrution d’un maître spirituel en Inde il m’a été recommandé de réciter la sourate Jinn et d’utiliser des exercices de respiration pour élever ma qudra. Après de longues périodes de pratiques, j’ai vu un jour litéralement 3 lumières blanches s’élever de mes organes génitaux, le bas de mon ventre et de mon nombril vers mon coeur, ma gorge et mon front. Ensuite c’était comme si un être se matérialisait à partir d un nuage noir devant moi. C était énormément puissant et fatiguant, alhamdoulilah. Je me suis ensuite couché pour me lever 10 heures plus tard mais c’était comme si juste quelques minutes sont passées SubhanaAllah. Je n’en ai jamasi parlé à personne AstagfirUllah.
