Nabi’s (s.a.w.) method of teaching

Question:

After receiving part of al Qur’an, and installed it within himself, he (s.a.w.) disbursed it further to his (s.a.w.) sahabas. By this amal (or action) he showed us the basic of Nabi’s (s.a.w.) ways of learning (and teaching) : learning by doing. This action was accepted by Allah as attitude of syukur, such that while he (s.a.w.) was reciting the ayat(s) Allah gives him (s.a.w.) further or deeper meaning of the ayat(s), or something like that. This process was repeated on the sahabas. So Allah teaches (taught)men what they do not know and the teacher only acts as a channel. This ways (tradition) of teaching was continued by the Shaykh until today. That is why the teaching (suhbat) of the Shaykh was received differently by the audiences, depends on the level of understanding as set by Allah for each individuals. Is this interpretation accepted?

Answer:

Yes. The Prophet (S) encouraged the teachers to:
Kallimun-Nasa ‘ala qadari ‘uquulihim!” Which means, speak to people on the level of their understanding.
