Question:
Assalam-o-alaikum wa rehmatullahi wa barakatuhu!
I have a question regarding seeing mist or white coloured smoke,all the time moving here and there. Sometimes it is flowing over ceilings and walls of the room and sometimes it moves near by me moving left to right,right to left.I have observed that it increases when i offer salah or do any kind of Ibadah.Even i see it in a washroom or at night in a relatively dark room.
I am very sorry for reposting my question..i know it is very difficult for u to answer all questions but actually this situation was making me worried.
Sheikh Hisham plz keep me in ur dua coz i m facing the same problem as mentioned in the post “can’t move,freeze while i m asleep”.

Keep strong in your belief in Allah swt, and difficulty during sleep will be ok. Pray two raka`ats and then stand facing Qiblah and recite at least 100 x Ya Hafizh.
What you are seeing are some of the angels and the light-colored ones are mu’min jinn who have been assigned to protect you.
