Assalamo alaikum, I want a permission to do wazifa Dawood AS, there was a Muslim guy who proposed to me for marriage but he said he needs 2 yrs of time to get settled, & we havent spoken since then, its gonna be 2 yrs in Sep this year, I liked him for the sake of Allah, & we kept it halaal til now. Seems he has changed his mind about me. Plz tell me for how long I have to do this wazifa & do I have to fast on all Thursdays? Plz just explain me the procedure, I read procedure on your website but I’m still confused. JazakAllah.

There is general permission to use this du’a. Shaykh Gibril has said to wear the taweez for 40 days and if no improvement, then move on. You only need to fast on the first Thursday.
