I asked you a question about opening levels of the heart and you sent me details but I don’t know about Salawat Sharifah. What is this you told me to recite 100x? I’m not a mureed of a sheikh, can I still do this wazifa to open my levels of the heart?

Yes, you may do it. Salawat Sharifa is: Allahuma salli `alaa Sayyidina
Muhammad wa `alaa aali Muhammad wa sallim.
It will be much more effective to open the heart if you have baya`,
