Our Shaykh has advised to give sadaka every day even if it is as little as a nickel. Keep a sadaka box in your home. Every day put something in there in the intention of sadaka, especially when you go out of the house. Once it is full and has good amount, give it to a poor person or to an orphanage as sadaka.
Also start reciting the daily Naqshbandi awrad with the ihda. Recite after every prayer Ayatal Kursi with Tauz and Basmala shareef and then Tasbih Fatima (subhanallah 33, Alhamdulillah 33, Allahu Akbar 34).
