Answer:
Alaykum Salam,
No, anger for the sake of Allah and His Prophet is right and desirable, such as anger against one’s unrelenting ego and its harm to oneself and others, anger against the tyranny of our own sins and so forth. Hence, Imam al-Shafii said, “Whoever fails to get angry when they should, is a donkey.”
