Assalamu alaikum,
In of the earlier posts (https://eshaykh.com/doctrine/days-of-peace/) Shaikh had mentioned that Prophet (s) say about Sayyidina `Ali (r):
أنا مدينة العلم و علي بابها
Ana madeenatul-`ilm wa `aliyyun baabuha.
I am the City of Knowledge and `Ali is its door.
Can the sheikh tell us the actual meaning of the above saying?
