My country is actually facing an epidemic of foot-and-mouth disease on cattle. Many cattle has been infected and killed. Some other animals like goats and sheep are available but there is a fear of contamination too. Some people are opting to do their qurbani in other countries like India and Madagascar.
I received your mail about facilities for doing qurbaan.
I would like to do a qurban on behalf of my family, myself [private].
Please advice us on how to proceed.
