Dream:
asalamu alaikum Dear Sheikh Hisham, staff.
I’ve had 2 dreams of ex. One was what felt like we are at derga of Sultan’s and in there she tells me she’s happy with Sultan and tariqa after seeing all there.. 2nd dream, I’m upset within and distresed in the dream over her. She takes me into room to introduce to her friends. Sheikh Hisham is in the corner of room too. When approaching him I kneel in front of him & burst into tears letting all out, and throughout he’s smiling at me. Behind me my ex sat watching this. We broke up 9 months ago since I came into tariqa.. She didn’t want to believe, though it was stubborness from both sides. I tried making it work again after but she refused. Till date I pray to Allah to open her heart to Sultan, tariqa & me if possible.. plz interpret. jazak’allah
Interpretation:
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem,
wa `alaykum salam,
You are not giving your ex room to choose on her own. You made a decision for her that only she should make for herself. You should not pressure her or put ultimatums on her to do what you want. Leave her to decide for herself if she wants to be in Tariqah or not. If you love her then talk only of love . Don’t put limits on your relationship saying that you will only be with her if she does this or that.
