If the info at above link is true then who is Sultan Selim IV for which red hand crafted dress was prepared?

No doubt these secrets have provided solace to many, and may be considered as belonging to the level of `Ilm ul-yaqin, or the Knowledge of Certainty. In truth these secrets have long been sought in the form of the mysterious Jafr that is traditionally associated with Ja`far as-Sadiq, may Allah sanctify his secret. The matter of a “Salim of the House of Osman” is bound up with these traditions. Recently, and perhaps sufficiently, we have been assured that the Caliphate has remained safely hidden through the upheavals of the past century.
