Is praying Salah in jeans, trousers etc permissible? Because in the sitting position, they tend to tighten around the thigh area, giving an outline of the legs underneath,

According to SunniPath Academy, scholar Shaykh Hamza Karamali, “Praying in tight clothing is, however, disliked (makruh) for women and ‘better not to do’ (khilaf al-awla) for men.” (Hashiyat `Abd al-Hamid `ala Tuhfat al-Muhtaj, 2.112)
