Mom dreamt her deceased husband giving her fresh white cheese(loves cheese). She’s been v. sick for a yr now and no treatment has been effective at all. Takes meds and duas/Wazifa are ongoing,but she is exhausted.Does this dream have relation to her illness

Generally Cheese means comfort and profit and prosperity in dunya and akhira. This may have two meaning. One is she will get better and be cured fully inshaAllah.
Or the fact that her deceased husband gave it to her may also indicate she may join him soon and will have comfort, peace and prosperity in terms of Akhira.
Allah knows the real outcome. Please perform two rakats of shukr namaz on her behalf for this good dream.
