And when they talk to you is it bad to look at them in there eyes? Sorry for bad adab shaykh! Please forgive me I am the worst mureed. Jazakallah!

If your intention is not to do any bad thing to them, there is no harm in looking in the girls’ eyes. But if you have lust and desire to be closer to them, then lower your gaze.
