Which piercings are permitted for women in Islam? For example if I wanted to get my lip pierced or my belly button?

Bismillahi ‘r-rahmani ‘r-rahim
Piercing one’s body is mutilation (Muthla) which, in principle, is not permissible. The exception being the ears and nose for women only.
No other parts of the body (lips, belly button, eyebrows, tongue, etc) may be pierced for whatever reason for that is a tampering of our body that Allah condemns. In any case, it is not considered an adornment for any decent woman.
Body piercing is not allowed for men, abadan, whatsoever!
