I’ve been tutoring few girls for a few years now. However, now they are in high-school, they are around 15 years old. I tutor them some subjects in the public library. This is not my main income, but it helps me out a bit. Is such a work with girls who are most likely in their puberty permissible?

It is permissible to tutor non-Mahram women in a public place and to look at those parts of their bodies that are normally covered with the condition that it is not done with the intention of lust.
