My company offering me to change my career from ground staff to be as flight instructor in pilot school, but I have cross eye. It make me may not pass the medical examination. Could you tell me if the offering is good path for me and Allah SWT. If yes, could you please pray for my eyes and my health because I knew from suhbat that we must avoid operation/surgery. I don’t want to do to surgery my eyes.

If same salary keep on the ground since you have that sickness. You don’t want to put yourself in jeopardy. And recite hasbunAllah wa ni`ma ‘l-wakeel wa la hawla wala quwata illa billahi `adheem 100 times daily.
