Again I apologize for the lack of clarity in the question. So this person would like to know when she can and can’t pray?.. and here are the details of her cycle.
My menstrual cycle was regular, until I had children……. I will see my period, with cramps, heavy bleeding and generally is over by 10 days….. I am clean for approximately 10 -14 days then I will see another period, again with cramps, heavy bleeding which is over by 10 days……… Even though I see it very regularly, the bleeding is consistent and there are no darker or clearer days it starts heavy and by day 10 I am clean…

Since you see it very regularly, and it is consistent and unmistakable, then this is your new cycle and you can therefore stop praying during the ten days of menstrual bleeding. Then resume praying for the next 10-14 days until you see the next period starts. In this case there is no fixed minimum period of purity, but it is determined according to your habitual cycle.
