Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu,
Is it true that if even a single hair slips out from under the hijab during namaz, the prayer is invalid? If hair slips out, can we move our hand to slide it back under the hijab, during prayer, or must we abort prayer and start over? Thank you,

Islam teaches us the concept of a Merciful and Just God. We believe Allah loves us 70 times more than our mother, and is closer to us than our jugular vein. Rest assured He knows and understands your struggles better than you yourself. And He shall Judge you according to your circumstances.
Allah the Almighty has said : “O Son of Adam, as long as you invoke Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind…O Son of Adam, were you to come to Me with sins nearly as great as the Earth, and were you then to face Me, ascribing no partner to Me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it [too].” [Tirmidhi]
Islam is not simply a formal utterance or a bunch of rituals. It is a firm belief that stems from the heart. A Muslim is one who believes in Allah and His message. The day belief in Allah entered your heart – you were Muslim in Allah’s eyes.
Therefore, if a single hair slips out from under the hijab during namaz, the prayer is not invalid? If hair slips out, you can move your hand to slide back under hijab, during prayer.

Essalamu Alaikum,
Allah est Tout Miséricordieux et Tout Sage. Il te connait mieux que toi-même et même mieux que la personne la plus proche de toi. Nous ne croyons pas qu’Allah est là pour nous faire du mal et qu’Il est na`udhubillah , qu’il nous examine sous un microscope pour nous sanctionner si nous commetons un péché.
L’Islam nous enseigne le concept d’un Dieu Miséricordieux et Juste. Nous croyons qu’Allah nous aime 70 fois que notre mère et qu’Il est plus proche que notre veine jugulaire. Sois sûre qu’Il sait, qu’Il comprend tes combats mieux que toi-même et qu’Il te jugera en fonction de tes circonstances.
Allah Tout-Puissant a dit : Oh enfants d’Adam, tant et aussi longtemps que vous M’invoquerez et me demanderez, Je vous pardonnerai ce que vous avez fait et je n’y prêterai pas attention…Oh enfants d’Adam, si vous veniez à Moi avec des pêchés presqu’aussi grands que la Terre et que vous veniez Me faire face, sans M’associer de partenaire, je vous accorderai un pardon presqu’aussi grand. [Tirmidhi]
L’Islam n’est pas uniquement une répétition formelle d’un certain nombre de rites. C’est une croyance ferme qui émane du cœur. Un musulman est celui qui croit en Allah et Son Message. Le jour où la croyance en Allah entra dans ton cœur, tu es devenu musulman à Ses yeux.
Ainsi, si un seul cheveu s’échappe de ton hijab pendant le namaz, la prière est-elle invalide? Si le cheveu s’échappe, tu peux bouger ta main et le remettre sous le hijab, pendant la prière.
“Et votre Seigneur dit: Appelez-moi et je vous répondrai.” (Coran 40:60)
