Long Term Depression

Request:

its been six months since I have had major depression from waswas and now am struggling with thoughts where i don’t know what am saying that when my heart, soul and head burns, I realize i may have said a bad word to Allah. I hate my position that i cry and cry with feeling of hopelessness, fearing that i don’t lose my iman. i keep on repenting but honestly i only and live and die in Allah’s name and can’t live doing this. when reading salah am always fearing that am afraid to mention his holy name. Am i committing a major sin. If my beloved Rasulallah was here i would go running to him and tell him how much i love Allah and can’t bear myself say thing bad things. I fear him so much that i feel am doomed.

Response:

Fear of loss of iman is a mark of iman but it is not the mark of believers to be constantly upset and feel doomed. Allah Most High said, “You Believers are My hope for mankind.” Therefore brace up. Trust in Allah and be sure He forgives sins when your love for His Prophet is true. Say His Name in Salat just as Prophet taught us and be happy that insha-Allah Allah accepts it. Increase your Salawat, insha-Allah it will get better.

Permission for Dua-e-Saifi

Question:

Assalam-o-Alaikum
Is it really important to get permission to recite Dua-e-Saifi ? how and from whom can one get permission to recite it?

Also I would like to know why would one need permission to recite the verses of AALLAH ALMIGHTY ??
Thanks

Answer:

Alaykum salam,
Clearly you do not need permission and should go ahead. Those who ask it only seek to renew their blessings of surrender and obedience.

See ALLAH pak

Question:

Assalam O Alaikum!
I would like to tell Sheikh Nazim that I have a burning desire to see ALLAH PAK and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)…people say you cant see ALLAH PAK..Prophet Musa (AS) was not allowed to then how come you can see?….I don’t know my heart believes that I can…I am mureed in Qadri silsilah but am not spiritually being satisfied. I can leave the silsillah and accept you as my sheikh only if you promise that you will take me to the station which my soul wants.(i-e to see ALLAH Pak).

Answer:

Wa`alaykumussalam

Tariqah is not like what we would find in a market place or an auction house or a barter exchange. It requires obedience, sincerity and constancy. Each Shaykh has a duty to his mureed, and likewise the mureed has to his Shaykh. Only when you do according to what your Shaykh wants – and not what you demand of the Shaykh – then shall you find it easy to achieve your goals.

Please be informed that no one here has ever claimed to have seen Allah – He is the Unseen Lord. Ask permission of your current murshid for making bay`ah with Mawlana Shaykh Muhammad Nazim al-Haqqani. In any case you may seek his Tawajjuh, and Allah knows best.

Awliyah ALLAH (Holy Saints)

Question:

Salam,

We know that when we do Esaal e Sawab and mention any specific saint in dua, they are informed with this, their attention gets towards us and they pray for us as well. Is there any wazeefa through which we can have the pleasure of seeing our beloved saints in dream?

Jazakallah!

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

Stick to the daily Awrad and keep your connection to them in your
heart. With good deeds and staying away from sin, the Saints may come
to you in your dream.

Dream: Presence of Allah (swt)

Dream:

AsSalamAlaykum,

I had a dream and saw darkness all around,I am in the presence of Allah Subhanahu wa-taala.I don’t see any form, but a very strong feeling. On my left side is a steel cooking gas range with electric! Red hot coils. I take out 2-3 candy covers from left trouser pocket with my left hand and I ask Allah Subhanahu wataala if I can throw them in the Hell. So to me that steel stove is hell. I do not hear voice, but feel the answer to be affirmative, I throw the candy covers onto the stove. I feel very happy and not knowing what to do or say, I think to myself, should I say salam to Him? Then I correct myself, Salam is His name, how can I say Salam to Him. Then I ask permission of Allah Subhanahu wa-taala if I can do Sajda to Him and I receive an affirmative answer. The dream ends after that. Please explain this dream.

Dream: My Deseased Brother

Dream:

Dream starts, me and my sisters are sitting in a room and my deceased brother enters the room with 3 men which are naked except for him wearing shorts. My brother asked me “Do you know where those black hats are? I said “No”. He then was about to leave and I called his name and he answered “Yes?” I said “oh never mind” then he left. My sister asked me, why are you always calling him? I said “because when he was dead, I always used to call him and he couldn’t answer, but now he’s back and I call him and he answers and I feel happy. I then saw a pool that’s for swimming races. I heard that he and his friends went swimming there and someone broke his leg. Then my sister told me he is in the hospital, his foot was put in a cast.

Dream: Dogs & Monkeys

Dream:

Basically my mother had a strange dream that a dog was biting her. Well, her flesh was in his mouth but not bitten off. He wasn’t digging his teeth into her body but had grip of her. Then she had a dream that she was going to her house but weirdly a group of scary monkeys had invaded the house and took over. They tried to attack my mum so my mum hit them back. Whilst fighting they all disappeared and my mum was left alone and had the house back to herself the way it should be.

Interpretation:

a`udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajeem
Bismillahi ‘r-Rahmani ‘r-Raheem
:

This dream can mean that your mother has a friend that backbite her, represented by the dog, but it is weak and it is easy for your mother to overcome this enemy. Your mother will be able to clear the fitnah that was created by the dog (represented by the monkeys).

And Allah knows best.
