Dream: Head of Imam Hussain

Dream:

I was carrying the head of Imam Hussain and was taking the blood of his neck and rubbing on my body as it was smelling like a very rare and beautiful perfume.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

If someone is with Sayyidina al-Husayn (as) it means he will reach the darajah (level) of a spiritual shaheed, and receive that reward.

Insha-Allah that means that when Allah (swt) takes His Amanah from you (after a long life), you will be with Imam Husayn (r). We ask that Allah (swt) make us all with Imam al-Husayn (r).

As-salaam alaikum,
I keep getting this really wired feeling around my body, it’s like something is there but when I go to look it’s nothing , tried to use creams and different soups but no help , I occasionally keep having to scratch my body everywhere. Can you help me and tell me what’s happening as this is driving me mad. Also, I keep seeing the number 107, if I was to turn my car in the street the by chance I would be turning around at number 107 house , is I look at my speedometer I happen to look at it at 107 miles , if certain people text me at 1:07 , am I mad?

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,

No, you are not mad because you have iman, insha-Allah. Give sadaqa daily even small, and read Surat al-Fatiha every time this troubles you.

Confusion about Baya`

Question:

Asalamoalaikum Shaykh,

I had baya with the Attari Qadiri silsila which i had done through the internet, at the time i was not sure what baya really was or what it was about. later i found out what baya really was? i didn’t feel any connection with the Attari silsila but i started to feel a strong connection with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim and therefore did baya with shaykh Nazim and have seen a real change in my life. but now, i found out that baya can’t be changed to another shaykh, especially if it is from a Qadiri silsila to another. I love Shaykh Nazim, I do the daily awrads without missing them.

can you please advise me on the ruling of this situation and if i have done anything against sharia and is my baya with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim valid? Please pray for me…

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,

Your bayaa with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim is valid and strong. Continue with your awrad and keep love and respect for the Qadiri Silsila as well, which is Mawlana’s family lineage as well as one of the other Tariqas in which he is fully authorized.

Dream: Istekhara dream, peas & cottage cheese

Dream:

Asalamualaikum,
I did istekhara prayer for 3 days but I only remember 1 dream. I saw that my family was eating peas and cottage cheese gravy (mutter paneer) and I was sitting with them but eating raw carrots, tomatoes and radish from my plate and I ask them you didn’t save mutter paneer for me. Could you please interpret this for me?
JazakAllah Khair.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum Salam,

Insha Allah marriage and/or rizq will come to you soon.

Dream: Headscarf

Dream:

Asalaam Alaikum,
I was stood on my stairs at home wearing a headscarf (as i did at the time). At the bottom was my husband, two other male murids and MSH. I reached out for MSH hand and placed it on my heart and he said “you must always wear a headscarf, it is very important.”

Please can you tell me if it is to be taken literally? I have tried to wear a headscarf several times (for a few weeks/ months) and always fail miserably by looking absolutely terrible (tense, pale, ugly and without confidence), thereby really upsetting my husband (he would be very happy for me to cover my head but wants me to look good and not repelling!!) This has made me wonder whether the dream does not mean a physical protection but something else? Please could you explain the meaning of this dream?

Thank you.

Interpretation:

`Alaykum Salam,

For now try to take the dream literally as it is so straightforward, and your reward is proportionate to the difficulties you experience. Let your husband get you a fine headscarf from time to time so that you can always look your best. If certain national styles do not suit you, try others. Something for the sake of Allah is better than nothing at all, is what Mawlana is telling you.

Prayer Request: Nightmares and Fear of Losing Connection with MSH

Request:

786

Asalamuwalaikum wr wb MSH,

Three to four weeks ago i had a nightmare in which i am cut off from connection to MSN and in grave danger, everything falling apart horrendously. I’ve had recurring nightmares since. in my dreams i have not called on MSN (i was able to before in dreams).

Recently I’ve made arrogant, selfish, decisions. I had been feeling proud of being a “good” student when in fact i don’t even pray on time. Please pray for me ya Sayyidi. I am terrified of losing connection to you and Maulana Shaykh Nazim, of falling off the path and returning to darkness. Please forgive me for the burden that i put on your souls. I’m deeply sorry for everything you’ve had to carry of me.

Asalaamulwalaikumwrwb,

Response:

`Alaykum Salam,

Admonitory dreams are a sign of love from Mawlana and of aptitude to listen from the murid, so take heart and take action to strengthen your spirit through dhikr.

Women Sahaba Working

Question:

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem

As-Salaamu ‘Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,

Are there any records in history that show the women sahaba used to work or have jobs?Especially jobs more associated with men in todays times,eg. business owners, traders and lawyers etc.

Also, after marrying Rasulullah Sallallahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam, did Sayyiditina Khadija Radiyallahu ‘Anha continue working as a merchant or did she “retire”? Lastly, did the women Sahaba participate in the battles as fighters or just as nurses and helpers?

Jazakallah

Answer:

`Alaykum Salam,

Yes, look into al-Kattani’s Nizam al-Hukuma al-Nabawiyya (al-Taratib al-Idariyya). As for fighting yes, as shown by Nasiba bint Ka`b al-Ansariyya.
