Prayer Request: I’m so Lost

Request:

Salaam Alaykum,
I’m a young muslim woman. I try my hardest to pray and to seek islamic knowledge. I am always attending Mawlid gatherings and as such, but I’m lost. I was the same person nothing was more important than Islam, nothing was more important than my Habeeb Muhammad, pbuh, but I’ve fell in love with a man, who doesn’t always treat me right (verbally). I cry so much every night and day asking for forgiveness. What do i do, i cant be with him because of his mental torture and cheating nor can i live without him. Please make dua i find an easy escape out of this mess.

Dream: Teaching in a School

Dream:

I dreamt that I have been appointed a teacher in school where I am teaching in class. After the class is over I pass by area where I see two graves freshly dug. In the first grave I see two people young people a girl and a boy having sex,  and in the other I see two boys having homosexual sex ( all of these were my students). I go to them and tell them that what they were doing is wrong to all four of those students but they don’t listen to me. I go to the school administration and tell them that what the students were doing and the dream ends.

Interpretation:

Bismil’lahi’r’Rahmani’r’Raheem.

This dream can mean that you like to correct the behavior of people by digging their graves, and teaching them or giving them a lesson. Let them come to you and ask you for a lesson, then you can teach them, Allah (swt) likes those who cover on the mistakes of others. Ya Sattar.

Prayer Request: Helpless in Worldly Hell

I am suffering from huge depression and loneliness due to my husband haram demands. I’m living in a prison, my husband doesn’t let to meet anyone. he has made my life miserable because i don’t follow up his haram sex demands. Please pray for me. I am getting into sever depression day by day. I want to live for my only daughter. Please sheikh Nazim pray for me.

Dream: Black and Faceless Creatures

Dream:

Assalamu’alaikum wrb.

In my dream, I found myself standing up looking down on my own body that was asleep. I was standing near the feet of my sleeping body and as I was looking down, I suddenly saw so many all black, faceless human shaped like creatures jumping/crawling on all fours (from only the openings of my room i.e windows and doors) so fast, towards my sleeping body to harm. Immediately my standing self told my sleeping body to get up. I got up quickly just as I felt my feet was about to be ‘touched’ by the creatures and the dream ended there. Seeking your blessed and learned guidance.

Interpretation:

Alaykum Salam,

Keep your five prayers and wudu’ whenever possible, and wear Mawlana’s taweez which you can also place on or above your windows and doors.

Wiping the Face After Dua

Question:

Salams Sheikh Gibril,

Pardon my weakness and lack of knowledge. I have been trying to find authentic sources to find the Dalil of our common practice of wiping our faces with our hands after dua. I understand from Sheikh Umar Al-Khatib’s book that this practice is not recommended for Qunut of Subuh. Your clarification is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Wasalam.

Answer:

Alaykum Salam,

`Abd al-Razzaq narrated with his chain in his Musannaf (2:252-253) from Yahya ibn Sa`id al-Ansari the qadi of al-Madina that “Ibn `Umar used to supplicate together with al-Qass” (kâna yabsutu yadayhi ma`a al-Qass) and that “they [i.e. the senior Successors] mentioned that those that came before them [i.e. the Companions] would supplicate and then place back their hands on their faces so as to place back the du`â’ and its baraka. Al-Qass is the Tâbi`î `Ubayd ibn `Umayr ibn Qatada al-Laythi al-Makki the admonisher and Qur’anic commentator.

Shaykh Abu Ghudda said in his edition of Thalath Rasa’il fi Istihbab al-Du`â wa Raf` al-Yadayn ba`d al-Salawat al-Maktuba (p. 94): “This is frank evidence to the effect that wiping the face with the two hands after raising them in supplication was practiced in the first generations.”

Ishitkara, Green & Pink Colors

I did ishtikarah few weeks back about something and on the 3rd night I saw the color green white and pink can you please tell me what this means? Thanks.

All these colors are positive because they are Sunna or symbolic of him (upon him blessings and peace).

Creation of the Heavens and the Earth

Question:

ASA,

[Aa`raf 7:54] Indeed your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then in the manner befitting His Majesty, ascended the Throne (of control); He covers the night with the day, which hastily follows it, and made the sun and the moon and the stars subservient to His command; pay heed! Only He has the power to create and command; Most Auspicious (Propitious) is Allah, the Lord Of The Creation.

Kun Fa ya Koon, If He(swt) says Kun for creation of Sky, it will be created in no time, but why is 6 days mentioned here? What is the understanding? Is this Ayath Mutheshabihaat?

Answer:

Sunna of Allah is when His Command and Creation takes place within created confines such as time, whether infinitesimal such as boson particles or endless such as cosmic time, where’s Qudra of Allah is beyond that. Kun is a Manifestation of His Qudra, transcending or breaching the laws He created.

Dream: Sultan Awliya Mawlana Shaykh Nazim (QS)

Dream:

Asalamalaikum WaRahmatullahi WaBarakatuhu,

I was with my mum and wife at one of Sutans Dergahs. I saw Sultan in a multi-coloured Jubba and they were walking onto a stage. My wife said for me to go to Sultan and get blessings as our marriage would not be valid with out it. I went up to Mawlana and they told me to sit a bit far from them and then to sit behind them and then to sit next to them and then to sit in front of them on the floor. When they asked me to sit on the floor I kissed their feet and kept my head there while I was crying and they put their and hand on my head and i just kept crying.

We love you and your families soo much Sayedi…Please forgive us.

Prayer Request: Lots of Nightmares

Question:

Salamualaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh,
I am suffering nearly every night from nightmares.I tried alot of different things to get rid of them,for example: Read 3 kalimatu Shahada, Ikhlas, Suratul Falaq & Nas before I sleep, and I always have ablution. But I still see them nearly every night.

Can you tell me what to do ?
