Should I proceed with Hysterectomy?

Question:

As-salaamu Alykum Ya Sayyidi Shaykh Hisham and all staff of eshaykh.
I have been having difficulties with my menstrual cycle for most of my life and going on the pill after being married did not make things better. I bleed excessively and for more days than normal and often become anemic. This has impacted on my overall health and disrupts my ibaadat routine. My gynecologist suggests that I have a hysterectomy. I request your advice: should I proceed with this operation? I am fearful as this is a major life changing operation and I request your duas for my health and spirituality.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam
If it is serious and necessary do it, and pay sadaqa. Follow the doctor’s instructions.

Dream: White Bird

Dream:

Salam Alaikum,

I had a dream there were white birds in my house and they were wearing red scarfs like hijab on their heads. They were pleasant to look at in the dream. When I came close to them I put my hand towards one of the white birds and it sat on my hand and then sat on my head. What does this dream mean?

Interpretation:

White birds in a dream could mean spiritual beings like awliya or angelic beings. InchaAllah you are being looked after by such beings.

Dream: Zombies

Dream:

We are in an elevated apartment of Mawlana Shaykh Nazim, who is entertaining us with music. Zombies finally reach our place and break through. Chaos and panic is everywhere, and Mawlana is gone. We are finished. I run to a stone temple for sword. On the way, a female demon is chained to a wall and is she cursing everyone. I reach a big sword inside where three other seductive female demons come. I slayed all of them with the sword, one by one. Then I looked for death in battle.

Interpretation:

Before sleep make wudu, pray two rakaats and sit very still eyes closed and not thinking of dunya for 5 minutes. In sha Allah your dreams will improve.

Masturbation, Sunnah.org Website

Question:

Asalaamualaykum,
I have a question regarding this page on the As – Sunnah foundation website.

(What does the Shari`a say about masturbation, istimna‘?)

Firstly, it appears that two contradictory groups of statements about the permissibility of masturbation in Islam are attributed to ibn Umar. Does this mean that we must disregard all statements attributed to him in this matter as he could not have said all of them?

Also, the page states that al-`Ala’ ibn Ziyad ibn Matar said masturbation is permissible, but then goes on to say that those who hold his view are unanimous ‘that if this is the substance of what one does, then it is forbidden. They are unanimous that he has to deal with this in a lawful way’.

Isn’t this a contradiction? (Apologies if I have misunderstood this)

Please clarify,

There is no contradiction but if in doubt you should follow the stricter interpretation.

Prayer Request: Continue Reading Prescription

Request:

Assalam u alaikum respected Shuyukh,
My father’s name is [ private], he has been told that he has magic done on him. He read the general prescription for Black Magic provided by Mawlana Sheikh Hisham (Qs) yesterday, however he wants to know for how many days should he continue to read this. Also, many say that those who are doing the black magic find out when it is broken and therefore they do it again on the person, how is one to stop this magic from happening again on my father. His back starts aching immensely.

Also, please guide me if there is any other tawiz one should wear for protection from black magic, we are all currently wearing Mawlana’s tawiz.

Dream: Killing a Sister

Dream:

Salam,

I am writing this for a sister who doesn’t know English. Following is her concern and her dream:

Her husband passed away few years ago. Obviously the family went through a very tough time emotionally and otherwise. After the initial shock the children specially the girls fight with each other a lot as if they are lashing out their frustration or helplessness at each other. Things are getting worse and worse. She feels her family is falling apart. Recently one day she saw in her dream that the girls are fighting and then one of them stabbed the other one to death… then she woke up.

She is really worried about the girls and other children as well. She is worried if someone has done any magic or evil eye on them as her children were not like this while their father was alive.

Interpretation:

Walaikum Assalam,

The dream is the result of her stress and anxiety about the children. InchaAllah have Salawat recited regularly in he house. If you could attend weekly Zikr with your children, then please do so. InchaAllah with the baraka of Salawat and Zikr, Allah will make the hearts in your family content and at peace.

Dream: Khatam

Dream:

Assalamualaikum,
Last night i had a dream that Sheikh Nazim gave me Al-Quran then after a while we entered some room where there there is Sheikh Hisham inside with his mureeds.  He told me to come and sit next to him….then he said to me one word ,”Khatam” ….

What does it means ?

Cause i have some strange feeling after that dream…it’s Feels so deep,hope its not a bad sign…Thank you.

Interpretation:

Bismil’lahi’r’Rahmani’r’Raheem

wa `alaykum salam,
This dream can mean that Shaykh is saying not to listen to those who doubt Shaykh Hisham’s position as a true representative of Mawlana. Khatm means that is final and there is no more doubt.

Prayer Request: Pregnant Wife in Difficulites

Request:

As salamu aleykum wa rahmatoula wa barakatouhou,
I seek Mawlana dua for my wife and I. We are married since 2010 but living away from each other since. While she lives in Europe, I’m in North America. We’ve sent Immigration papers for her but it’s taking a lot of time and complications as they are always returning it with some more documents to add. She is pregnant and is due inchallah soon but I’m worried that all of these affect her health (difficult pregnancy), her spirit (negative thoughts and doubts) and our relation. I’m sending applications to have a fully job so that she can come live with me, while we are waiting for the immigration process, together. Inchallah we are hoping that everything will be settle easily and are seeking your advice for a best way to act and also for your duas, Mawlana.

Mawlana is praying for you. Get a job, obtain all the necessary papers and reassure your wife that things will improve. Keep your five daily prayers and recite daily x100 hasbiya Allah wa ni’ma al Wakil.
