I can’t take it anymore!

Question:

Salaam,
I’m frustrated, my heart is going to burst if don’t do anything about it. I’m always being falsely accused by my own brothers and sisters, which I personally never felt like they were my brother or sister. This is going since my childhood 20 years. One of them keeps stealing my stuff, clothes and money. We aren’t poor nor rich. But he still keeps stealing my money and leaving me to have nothing and suffer. You can’t imagine what he stole from me. He stole even my underwears and swearing every time, “Wallah I didn’t steal anything”…?
Please tell me, should I ask Allah To punish him or should I personally punish him. Wallah Shaykh today, I almost collapsed from the anger that I’m suppressing. I keep suppressing my anger since I was a kid. My heart, my brain, my soul is suffering deeply.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

We must take example from the master of creation Sayyidina Muhammad (s). What did he do when his own family and tribe abused him and shunned him? Instead of punishing those who deserved punishment, he forgave them. Instead of taking back from the people of Mecca what they stole from him, he gave those who became Muslims more wealth. We can never achieve the perfection of Sayyidina Muhammad (s), but we can try to follow his way as much as we can. Try to forgive your brother for his shortcomings. soon you will part ways, and no longer will you live together. Insha-Allah, you will look back one day and laugh at all this.

Success is from Allah.

Prayer Request: Support for family

Request:

Assalamu alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barkartu

Can you please for the sake of your love to Sheik Nazim do dua for me and anyone else who needs help getting a job. Is there anything we can say for Sheik to open up a way for us to get a job that will be able to comfortably support our family with plus be able to donate money to sufilive.com. I also wanted to know what I should do with my two sons, one is almost 4 and one is almost 3 and neither of them are talking.

thanks

Response:

wa `alaykum salam,

For the love of Mawlana, we are praying for you and for all those who are in difficulty. Daily darood (Salawat) on the beloved Prophet Muhammad is recommended for lifting affliction of any kind. Reciting “RabbunAllah HasbunAllah” at least 100 times daily will be of tremendous help insha-Allah. Also following the advice of Prophet Muhammad regarding economic difficulties is important. Prophet Muhammad (s) said:

ما آل من اقتصد

” Anyone who lives modestly will never be in need .”

Do not be alarmed about your children. It is not uncommon that some children will start speaking at a later age than most children do.

Success is from Allah.

Dream: Praises of RasulAllah (upon whom be peace and blessings)

Dream:

Assalam Alaykum.

I had a dream around two weeks ago I think. In the dream I was watching this naat program on TV. I was showing it to someone (I think my husband) and he was saying, “oh this is so nice”. But I kept saying to him, “no look there, over there RasulAllah (S) is here”. Then on the screen I saw a big chair which was empty and rocking back and forth, and I said to my husband it is rocking because RasulAllah (S) is happy that naat and salaam is recited in his praise. I couldn’t see RasulAllah (S) but I had a feeling. I then woke up, it was 4 in the morning I think. I have been longing to do Ziyarah of our beloved Prophet (S) for quite some time. May Allah forgive me.

Jazak Allah

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Insha-Allah your intention and longing to visit the master of all creation, has been accepted as if you made Ziyara. Prophet (s) is alive in his grave. If you send him salam, he will return your salam. He also perceives your love and yearning. May Allah grant you to visit him physically insha-Allah.

Allah knows best.

Dream: Flood around my house

Dream:

Salam
I had a dream of water (very wild) and coming towards me and my sister, we are like small ants in front of the flood coming. We run and get into our house and close the door. The water is all around our house and rises as I watch from the window. Can you tell me what this means? Thank you for all your help with answering my questions before. May Allah give you long life inshaallah.

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

The calamities which will consume the world, as foretold by Sayyidina Muhammad, will soon come. It will be like a flood which will drown everything and everyone. At that time, only safety is in running to our cave (the heart), and worshiping our Lord.

Allah knows best.

After we do zhikr where we jump everytime we say Allah. During this time a trumpet is sounded and we are aware that enemies have come for MSN. Dream: Sheikh Nazim gives me a shawl

Dream:

salam, I had a dream of Molaana Sheikh Nazim. I am in a very big mosque and I have a black shawl on and I see a friend of mine. I am in a bit of shock and I ask him what are you doing here. He replies, “I have been a mureed recently and there is a very big wali here” – meaning Molana Sheikh Nazim. He is buying a green shawl for Molana Sheikh Nazim and when he gives it to Molana, Molana gives it to me saying, “put this on”. What does this mean? Thank you, salam

Interpretation:

wa `alaykum salam,

Good tidings for you. Green in a dream is a sign of piety and devotion. You are receiving this gift because of your connection with Mawlana Shaykh Nazim.

Timing of walima

Question:

Assalmulaikum Shaykh,

I want to know if there is a time limit of doing the walima? I recently got married doing the nikkah, but because my wife still has one more year left to study the walima is being delayed to after she has completed her studies which is in 12 months time. Is there a time limit on when we can do the walima after the nikkah??? Can you please show evidence if possible.

Answer:

wa `alaykum salam,

The `ulama‘ have different opinions on the time of walima:

1. After consummation of marriage

2. At the time of wedding ceremony (Ibn Hajar, Fath al-Bari, 9/287)

3. After wedding and prior to consummation
